2016年、Ichi（Gt）とMinami Maria（Vo）を中心に結成。
ルイス・キャロルの”不思議の国のアリス”という物語では、アリスは兎を追いかけて不思議の国へ迷い込んだ——。
ALICETOPIAでは、”Minami Mariaという兎を追いかけたアリス（聴衆）をダーク・ファンタジーの世界へ誘う”、をコンセプトに掲げ、
聴衆を「美しい悪夢を見ている様な感覚」にさせ独特の世界観へと引き込む。
