メロディアスなロック/ハードロックをクリエイトし続けていたギタリストのMichael（ex.XANADU）が、
これまでとはまた違ったHARD ROCK/HEAVY METALを追求すべく、
AZRAELのシンガーであるAKIRAと共に立ち上げたPROJECT。
強力なハイトーンヴォーカルに、叙情性あふれるギタープレイが絡み、
シンフォニックなKeyboardアレンジを施した楽曲はXANADUともAZRAELとも違う楽曲に仕上がっている。
